Alligator cracking, edge breaks, shallow potholes, and deteriorated cold-patch areas. If the base is saturated or the panel has failed completely, we’ll tell you straight: some situations need full-depth work or reclaiming instead of a quick patch.
How repairs are built
Sound repairs start with clean, square cuts (where applicable), stable base material, and compatible hot or cold mix asphalt compacted in lifts. The goal is a flush, dense patch that doesn’t rock under tires.
- Crack routing and fill before wide-scale sealing
- Spot mill-and-fill for recurring potholes
- Prep for sealcoating once structural issues are handled
After repairs
Depending on mix type and weather, we’ll advise when traffic can return and whether sealcoating should wait a short period so solvents can flash off and adhesion stays strong.
